Fans and other equipment were removed before wrapping things up. Jimmy returned the next work day to check on the drying process. They finished the containment in both areas. Jimmy and Brian continued the tradition of working nonstop. He was conscientious and regularly checked with me on additional concerns I might have). Those that followed included: Pal & Sheila (who didn't stop moving until they had removed all the damage and contained the area) Bret (arrived the next day to check over the rest of my home for possible areas of additional water damage. Even though I felt I might have been a hinderance to completing their work, they never conveyed that.From the first person I spoke with (Denise - competent & compassionate who steered me to the right people and, always relayed any questions and concerns I had to the correct resource the first time) to Chad (the first person to stop by here, assessed the situation and immediately scheduled staff to begin demolition of the wall and mold/mildew mitigation), there first concern is the customer. I so appreciated that each person took the time to answer all my questions. Always communicated their arrival times and, if they were going to be late (which would be expected because of the nature of their business), notified me. From mitigation to rebuild, everyone who worked here was professional, very courteous, engaging and responsive. I had just moved here and within several days, was experiencing severe water damage from ice dams. I am totally & completely satisfied with REVIVE Restoration. During a stressful time, their work quality has been a relief.
We are looking forward to having our space back, and we know the job will be done correctly. Even with some additional hiccups - no fault of Revive, product of the circumstances - Jameson has pivoted to accommodate as has assisted with securing extra subs for what was needed. Ed and Nick have made our drywall repairs blend seamlessly, and Jameson has been an excellent project manager.
